Celeo obtains 93/100 in the GRESB 2025 ranking, consolidating its leadership in corporate sustainability and its commitment to ESG criteria in Spain, Brazil, Chile and Peru. One more step towards a fair and responsible energy transition.
Grupo Celeo has achieved a score of 93 out of 100 in the GRESB 2025 ranking, a score higher than the 92 points obtained in 2024. GRESB is one of the leading international standards for measuring performance in corporate sustainability. This result, which improves the rating obtained last year, places the company among the companies most committed to ESG (environmental, social and governance) criteria globally and consolidates its role as a leading player in the promotion of a responsible, efficient and sustainable energy model.
This is the second consecutive year that Celeo has participated in a consolidated way as a group in the GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) evaluation, thus reinforcing the evolution and maturity of its sustainability strategy. This participation includes the group’s operations in Spain, Brazil, Chile and Peru, and reflects the coordinated effort of all its teams in the implementation of responsible practices at all levels of the organization.
Sustainability as a fundamental axis
GRESB is an international benchmark index that takes an in-depth look at more than 650 companies each year, assessing their ESG performance through non-financial indicators ranging from environmental management and social impact to corporate governance and business ethics. Its methodology is designed to identify key industry trends, anticipate regulatory changes, encourage continuous improvement, and promote greater transparency in the market.
The score obtained by Celeo in the 2025 edition of the ranking shows the strength of its sustainability strategy and the transversal nature with which it is integrated into all business areas. This approach allows the company to optimize its processes, minimize risks and generate long-term value in economic, social and environmental terms. Sustainability is thus consolidated as a fundamental axis in decision-making, both operational and strategic.
A responsible management model
GRESB’s recognition is an external and independent endorsement of the responsible management model that Celeo has been developing in recent years, and positions the company among the benchmarks in the energy sector in ESG matters. In addition, it reinforces its ability to adapt to the new challenges of the global context, where sustainability is no longer an option, but a business imperative.
This result reflects Celeo’s firm commitment to sustainable development, understood as a comprehensive process that combines economic growth with the preservation of the natural environment, respect for communities and the promotion of ethical and transparent governance. Through its active participation in rankings such as GRESB, the company reaffirms its willingness to make a decisive contribution to a fair, inclusive and future-oriented energy transition.
