Celeo Redes Chile Limitada and its affiliated companies, Nirivilo Transmisora de Energía S.A., Alfa Transmisora de Energía S.A., and Mataquito Transmisora de Energía S.A. announce that, effective as of the date of this press release, the International Public Bidding process is resuming for the award of the rights to execute and construct the Expansion Works set forth in Expansion Decrees 276/2025, 200/2022, 293/2018, and 198/2019, which had been temporarily suspended by a press release dated July 23, 2026.
Consequently, all activities associated with the bidding process are resumed, including, among others, the submission of inquiries, clarifications, and bids, in accordance with the updated schedule attached hereto and forming an integral part of this notice.
All interested parties and participants must adhere to the dates, deadlines, and conditions set forth in said updated schedule, which supersedes any previous schedule related to the bidding process.
Any additional information, clarification, or changes that may be necessary will becommunicated in a timely manner through this same channel.
