Celeo Redes Chile Limitada and its associated companies, Nirivilo Transmisora de Energía S.A., Alfa Transmisora de Energía S.A. and Mataquito Transmisora de Energía S.A. announce that the International Public Tender process for the award of the rights to carry out and construct the Expansion Works set out in Expansion Decrees 276/2025, 200/2022, 293/2018 and 198/2019 is provisionally suspended, with effect from the date of this announcement.
This means that all activities related to the tender timetable, including, amongst others, the submission of enquiries, clarifications and tenders, are also suspended until a formal notice of resumption is issued. Such notice, together with any updated timetable, where applicable, will be communicated in due course to all interested parties and participants via this same channel.
