Celeo reaches 93.3 points in GRESB 2026

Celeo achieves 93.3 points out of 100 in GRESB 2026 in an evaluation that covers its operations in Spain, Brazil, Chile and Peru.

Grupo Celeo has obtained a score of 93.3 out of 100 in GRESB 2026, one of the main international standards for the assessment of corporate sustainability. The result consolidates the company’s evolution over the last three years and reinforces its position among the companies that stand out for their environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance.

For the third consecutive year, Celeo participates in this assessment as a Group, incorporating its operations in Spain, Brazil, Chile and Peru. The joint assessment makes it possible to analyze the application of ESG criteria in the different areas of activity and to follow the evolution of the company’s sustainability strategy on an international scale.

An international assessment that evaluates sustainable management

GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) is an international benchmark that evaluates annually more than 560 companies using non-financial indicators. Its methodology analyses aspects related to environmental management, social impact and corporate governance, as well as offering tools to identify opportunities for improvement and promote greater business transparency.

Celeo’s participation in this process is part of the monitoring of its sustainability performance and the incorporation of responsible practices into its activity. In this sense, the score achieved in 2026 reflects the coordinated work of the teams in the four countries and the integration of ESG criteria in the company’s management.

Celeo’s Commitment to Sustainability

Celeo’s sustainability strategy is applied across its different business areas, incorporating environmental, social and governance criteria into both operational decisions and business planning. This approach makes it possible to identify and manage risks, strengthen the company’s capacity to respond to new challenges and promote the creation of long-term economic, social and environmental value.

In the territories where it operates, Celeo links its growth to the preservation of the environment and the respect for the communities related to its projects. In addition to this, it has a compliance policy based on ethics and transparency, aspects that are part of its management model and that acquire special importance in an activity such as energy, closely related to the development of infrastructures and their impact on the environment.

Participation in GRESB provides an external and independent assessment of this model and allows Celeo to identify opportunities for improvement, follow the evolution of international standards and anticipate regulatory changes. The company thus maintains its commitment to a fair, inclusive and sustainable energy transition, with the aim of continuing to advance in the application of responsible practices in its operations in Spain, Brazil, Chile and Peru.
